Work Experience:

 

1.                       Food Security and Livelihood Officer (FSL):

Voucher transfers in YHP at Mayar Foundation for Development (MFD) (from November 1, 2018 to up to now) in Mudyia district/Abyan governorate.

Duties:

·         Responsible for FSL activity implementation in the targeted district and supervise FSL assistants to carry a high quality implementation.

·         Responsible for compilation of project information, sharing regular reports and updates to the Program Manager and organizing tender for food supply.

·         Assist to voucher and cash assistance in community selection, beneficiary selection and registration, preparing beneficiary database, and verification of beneficiaries.

·         Preparing ID card for the targeted beneficiaries, formats and templates for maintaining the beneficiary master role and document success stories.

·         Arrange training for the staffs, volunteers, community committee and workers.

·         Conduct market assessment, need assessment, conduct baseline and end line assessment.

·         Prepare monthly plan, project reports, voucher distribution report and monitoring reports.

·         Assist M&E team in collecting data from the field and represent FSAC meeting.   

 

2.                       Community Mobilizer Food Security and Livelihood:

Cash Transfer in YHPF project at Solidarités International Organization (SI) in AlQabbaytah/Lahj (from March 23, 2018 to October 30,2018).

Duties:

·         Help in setting up criteria for selecting beneficiaries.

·         Identification of target groups through the communities (women, vulnerable…)

·         Assist in conducting baseline, end line and KAP survey

·         Report any emerging needs to their line manager participate in settling committees or any other community association and listen to complains from the different groups of the communities.

·         Mobilize the targeted communities and create awareness about the program activities.

·         Mitigate problem between communities when it arises.

·         Analyze actions to be done to avoid any security accident at community level.

·         Give support for all Solidarités International activities for community mobilization and                communication with local authorities, site and village leaders.

·         Implement the activities at community level: Beneficiaries’ selection, presentation of the activities, sensitization mobilization, unconditional cash grant, conditional cash grant (orientation of beneficiaries, development and follow up of work plan, technical support and training to the beneficiaries).

·         Monitor the implemented activities at household and community level.

·         Sensitization and training of the beneficiaries.

·         Assist in conducting post distribution monitoring (PDM), post-harvest monitoring (PHM).

·         Share with his line manager or the Program Manager and his deputy every information about security, activities, logistics or administrative issues occurred at field level.

·         Participate in the preparation of the regular program reports.

·         Participate to the general program meetings (weekly, monthly…).

·         Communicate orally about any important issue in internal staff meetings.

 

3.                      Community Facilitator:

At Oxfam Organization (from November to December 2017) in Ras Alearuh /Almusimir- Lahj Gover

Duties:

·         Establish Formatting community committee in the targeted areas, to facilitate the project     interventions.

·         Conduct market assessment survey in the targeted areas.

·         Distribute asset vouchers to beneficiaries in the targeted areas.

·         Ensure that capacity development activities, awareness-raising activities, knowledge and information sharing, and formal capacity development activities, particularly in Social mobilization reach to target beneficiaries.

 

4.                      Data entry:

At Oxfam (from May to June 2017) and (from September to October 2017) Based on Aden.

Duties:

·         Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare database.

·         Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities.

·         Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.

·         Secures information by completing data base backups.

·         Maintains data confidently and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
